Shipping policies
Shipping information

- All shipments are FREE WORLDWIDE with door to door express shipping.

- Please allow us 48 hours to process your credit card information.

- Delivery time is 5 -7 Days, however, few orders may take longer depending on time of ordering (weekends, holidays) destination and country.

- All watches are checked prior to delivery to insure the quality of the watch. 

- Packages will be marked as low value to avoid any additional customs fees/taxes.

- Once your order has been shipped we will notify you by email and will provide with a Tracking number and your shipment details

- We will only ship to the same shipping and billing address.

- Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address we will not be responsible

  for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.


Returns/exchange information

We will gladly refund any defective product within 10 days of arrival. We will not refund/exchange watches if they are in the wrong size(e.g – you meant to order a ladies watch but ordered the men size by mistake) nor if you don’t like how they fit you etc.. Only watches with manufacturer defects will be exchange/refunded.

All parts that came with the watch (links,screws etc) must be shipped back

with the watches.

Packages should be insured prior to delivery we will not be accountable

To any lost/damage watches that were sent back to us.

There is a $15 re-stocking fee for refunds to cover shipping and handling.

For refunds the watch must be in the same condition you received it.

All lost packages require a 30 days mandatory before a refund is issued,

This allow us the time to locate the package and place a claim to the

shipping company.
